Main Tasks

1. Responsible for the structural design of the product, analysis and calculation of structural strength, analyze the feasibility of the product and put forward the feasibility plan.

2. Responsible for the development of product process program, process review, process trial production work, to assess the mass production of the product.

3.Responsible for guiding the workshop process review, equipment, tooling and mold deployment according to the technical program and process flow design.

4.Participate in the analysis and investigation of technical quality accidents and equipment accidents in the production process and provide solutions.

Requirements

1. Familiar with thermoset/thermoplastic polymer systems such as EP, UPR, PF, PU, TPU.

2. Familiar with a variety of composite molding process, systematic knowledge of composite structure design and development, understanding of composite application technology in multiple fields, familiar with lay-up, RTM, molding, PCM, hot press cans and other processes.

3. Experience in composite material product development, familiar with production site, quality management and composite material related equipment.

4. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in composite materials, polymer materials or mechanical design.

Main Tasks

1. Participate in the development and research of the company's new products according to the requirements of the enterprise.

2. Responsible for the development of product process program, process review, process trial production work, to assess the mass production of the product.

3. Assist in the conversion, digestion and assimilation of foreign technical documents. 

4.Participate in the analysis and investigation of technical quality accidents and equipment accidents in the production process and provide solutions.

5. Assist the management to complete the new product development and standardization, quality control specification development, etc.

Requirements

1. Experience in research and development of polymer materials (PF and EP resins preferred) is a plus.

2. Excellent sense of teamwork, strong resilience and creative thinking skills.

3. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in materials science, mechanics or polymer materials.

Main Tasks

1,Maintenance of all production equipment and auxiliary equipment.

2,Fixed assets and file management, development of equipment maintenance plan.

3,Formulate equipment safety operation instructions and organize personnel training.

4,Monitoring the management and annual inspection of measuring equipment and instruments.

Requirements

1,Work experience have 5 years and major in electrical automation related.

2,Master equipment operation principle, can put forward equipment maintenance program and opinions, and implementatio.

Main Tasks

1. Workshop production management organization and command.

2. Coordinate the collaborative relationship with various departments and personnel to assist in the control.

Requirements

1. Work experience have 3 years and major in Chemistry or management related.

2. Able to execute work according to PDCA, with good communication and coordination skills, do things can be quickly arranged for implementation.

3. Establishment of streamlined production, responsible for the setup and improvement of production line balancing, analyzing and dealing with production line balancing problems at the manufacturing sit.

4. Familiar with the basic requirements of site management, such as 6S management.
